Week and 4 week Rates for RV 's.

Service Description

In an effort to help our senior citizens on social security we offer a 4 week stay - each week is paid separately. This eliminates a monthly rental agreement. Each week X 4 weeks must be paid in advance in order to receive discounted offer. You must have your own RV/Trailer. For 1 person the rate is reduced from $1,395.00 to $1,000.00 for this 4 week period paid $250.00 per week. For 2 people the rate is reduced from $2,635.00 to $1,400.00 paid $350.00 per week. These prices for 1 or 2 people include $35.00 a day mineral hot pool pass. All sites come with 30 - 50 AMP hookups, wi-fi, sewer, and water. Laundry room ( $3.00 a load) and a beautiful relaxing community room. No more than 2 dogs allowed, or 1 cat (other pets than listed above will not be permitted.) No pet charges. Pets are welcome as long as they are on a leash, the owner cleans up after them and they do not create a nuisance ( barking). Dogs must not be left unattended in RV. Rabies vaccination on each pet is a California State requirement and must be furnished to the park manager at check in. Check-In time is 3:00 pm - 8:00 PM. Check-Out time is 11 am. All sales are final, no refunds will be given. (If you choose to check-out early, that is your choice!) We are not responsible for acts of mother nature. Any one entering this private park must proceed immediately to the office to sign in and check in. No exceptions. There is a $45.00 visitor fee which includes a pool pass fee of $35.00, whether one uses the pool or not. No sneaking in of visitors at night - cameras on site.
