Replenish is just - luxury all around. A master bedroom with King Bed, leather chairs, fireplace. , features a King Size bed, fireplace, and a "master" bedroom suite. Fully functioning kitchen & bathroom, 44" Smart TV, 2 - AC's, 2 new leather reclining chairs, Leather Jack Knife Couch ( makes into a bed) dining set and desk. Includes up to 2 around the clock pool passes for therapeutic soaking in Gods Water From The Great Deep with NO Chlorine, NO Bromine or any chemicals. Wi-fi, water, laundry room, and community room access. Check-In time is 3:00 pm - 8:00 PM. Check-Out time is 11 am. A mobility scooter is available for our overnight guests that are walking disabled to "ride" to the 3 pools and community room and back. ( No Charge) All sales are final, no refunds will be given. (If you choose to check-out early, that is your choice!) We are not responsible for acts of mother nature. Visitors must check in the office immediately and pay a $45.00 guest fee.
