Home away from home. This quant RV with fully functioning kitchen & bathroom, Queen bed, TV, A/C, 1 reclining chair, couch, and dining table. Includes mineral pools, free wi-fi, sewer, water, laundry room access, and community room access. Breakfast every morning for a fee from 8am-9am. No more than 2 dogs allowed, or 1 cat, that's been declawed. (No other pets other than listed above will be permitted.) A daily pet fee of $75 per pet. Check-In time is 2:00 pm & Check-Out time is 12 pm. All sales are final, no refunds will be given. (If you choose to check-out early, that is your choice!) We are not responsible for acts of mother nature.
