Service Description

Includes 30 or 50 AMP hookup, 4' X 20' slab concrete, Pic nic table, free wi-fi, sewer, water, laundry room, community room, mineral pool passes are included with stay. No more than 2 dogs allowed, or 1 cat. (No other pets other than listed above will be permitted.) No pet charge. Pets are welcome as long as they are on a leash at all times. NO exceptions. The owner must clean up after them and they do not create a nuisance. Rabies vaccination on each pet is a California State requirement and must be furnished to the park manager at check in. Check-In time is 3:00 pm - 8:00 PM. Check-Out time is 11 am. A Mobility scooter is available for RV owners to use to ride to and from the 3 pools. There is a $15.00 charge. All sales are final, no refunds will be given. (If you choose to check-out early, that is your choice!) We are not responsible for acts of mother nature. VISWITORS must immediately proceed directly to office upon entering park property to check in and sign in at the office. There is a $45.00 park :"use" fee per visitor. The park guests and their visitors will be trespassed off this property immediately if any visitor does not sign in immediately at the office. NO refunds.
