Service Description

Pull through sites for longer rigs and tows. 30 & 50 AMP hookup, 4' X 20' slab concrete, Pic nic table, wi-fi ( no other park provides in Tecopa) septic dump and water. A Mobility scooter for the walking challenged is available for RV owners to use to ride to and from the 3 pools and their RV. There is a small fee of $5.00 per day for this convenience. Please inform at check in. On site services include laundry room ( $2.00 a load), community room, 2 -pool passes. Ozark Mountain Breakfast for $5.00 Friday - Monday mornings beginning mid October subject to at least 4 people signing up the day before - overnight guests only. No more than 2 dogs allowed, or 1 cat. (No other pets other than listed above will be permitted.) No pet charge. Pets are welcome as long as they are on a leash at all times. Barking dogs are not permitted. NO exceptions. The owner must clean up after them and ensure that their pet(s) do not create a nuisance. When leaving the park to go anywhere dog(s) must be taken. No dogs left unattended in RV's. Rabies vaccination on each pet is a California State requirement. Check-In time is 3:00 pm - 8:00 PM. Check-Out time is 11 am. All sales are final, no refunds will be given. (If you choose to check-out early, that is your choice!) We are not responsible for acts of mother nature. VISITORS must immediately proceed " in a straight line" to office upon entering park property to check in and sign in at the office. There is a $45.00 park "use" fee per visitor which includes the daily pool pass fee of $35.00. Park guests and their visitor(s) will be trespassed off this property if any visitor does not sign in immediately at the office. No sneaking in of visitors during the night. Cameras on site.
