The "Bunkhouse" is a 1960's Era N.A.S.A. Surveillance trailer. Used for storage for almost 50 years - Ray converted it into a ranch style bunk house. ( something he knows about) Has an XL Twin Bed, refrigerator, ice box, microwave, TV with built in DVD player. Wall Mount AC /Heater unit. The Bunkhouse is a great base camp, for a bike rider or a single person. Also, includes around the clock access to Gods Water From The Great Deep - All Natural - No Chemicals. Wi-fi, laundry room access, and community room access. Check-In time is 3:00 pm - 8:00 PM. Check-Out time is 11 am. All sales are final, no refunds will be given. (If you choose to check-out early, that is your choice!) We are not responsible for acts of mother nature. 1 dog or declawed pet $75.00 pet fee. Visitors must check in and sign in immediately upon arrival on park property. There is a $45.00 park use fee that includes $35.00 for soaking whether one wants to soak or not.
